Recommended Products for Weight Loss

Using supplements as part of a weight loss or weight management program is both helpful and fraught with pitfalls.  If you are overweight, as a rule, you have disordered digestion and likely a congested liver.  Thus, you can assume you may not digest or process the supplements you take well.  Be careful!  Use too many supplements, or wrong supplements, and it will promote weight gain.  For that reason, follow my guidance below carefully.  There are a few things that you definitely should take.  For those of you who are taking my formula and are on Weight Reduction Phase, skip towards the bottom.

For General Weight Loss Purposes
